TASKS: typical duties and responsabilities the following:

  • Collaborate with CHRO to align HR strategies with business objectives and drafting of procedures and personnel policies at corporate level
  • Perform and administer the full recruitment life cycle for relevant position openings in aconsultative manner (JD creation and revision, LinkedIn job advertisement, talent pool & candidate database management, job interviews)
  • Create, implement, and monitor Induction plans/Onboarding for new resources, in collaboration with each department managers
  • Support people management, people development, performance management process
  • Maintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business results
  • Supports in creating training plans in line with the corporate training needs
  • Contribute to performance evaluation using specific analytical and objective tools
  • Ensure policies and procedures at Group level are always maintained and well-executed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR field, foreign languages, or psychology; Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Fluent English language written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Digital proficiency
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of software Zucchetti (preferred)
