TASKS: typical duties and responsabilities the following:

  • First-level help desk management;
  • User ERP support task management;
  • Analysis activities for external consultants;
  • Analysis of issues related to operational requests of users mainly in the ERP (SAP) environment and other application areas;
  • He/She will be involved in the analysis and implementation of innovative projects for Production and Warehouse with the use of industry-oriented platforms 4.0

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree would be preferred;
  • 2-4 years of experience in SAP support;
  • Fluent  English language, written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of SAP modules like PP, MM,SD;
  • Good predisposition to teamwork;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong attitude to problem solving;
