ELECTRONIC INDUSTRIALIZATION SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities
The resource will be a member of the R&D team; the resource will be involved in the electronic development of boards for company products. He/she has to interface with mechanical and electronic designers to standardize electronic board development and to optimize assembling production process.
Main tasks will be:
- development of boards to be mounted in SMT production line, starting from electric and mechanical constraints;
- realization of all documents necessary to production process;
- maintenance and management of CAD electronic component libraries.
Skills & qualifications
- Good knowledge in board design and in manage of gerber files to realize composition for production process;
- Good use of Altium Designer software or equivalent.
- Good knowledge electronic board assembly process.
- Basic knowledge of electronics (electronic schemes reading skills).
- Basic knowledge for the use of main instruments as oscilloscope, RF network analyzer, spectrum analyzer.
- Basic use of Microsoft Access database.

- Degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attitude for teamwork
- Attitude to precision
- Fluent in English either written either spoken.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Availability to travels (within Europe, ≈ 10 times / year / 4 days)
JUNIOR FIRMWARE ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities
The resource will be a member of the R&D team; the resource will be involved in the development of the firmware / software for new electronic products.
Main tasks will be:
- development of firmware and software for microcontroller / embedded systems (based on OS such FreeRTOS, Linux);
- definition of the specifications of the FW/SW, in collaboration with the project manager;
- support for devices testing;
- collaboration with the team involved in product development (definition and sharing of design specifications, product integration activities, measurements and functional verification, testing, documentation).
Skills & qualifications
- Knowledge in software fundamentals including software design, algorithm development, data structures, code modularity and maintainability.
- Basic knowledge of electronics (electronic schemes reading skills).
- Basic knowledge on microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with the C programming language would be an advantage.
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications.
- Strong communication skills and a preference for working in teams.
- Strong attitude for teamwork.
- Fluent in English either written either spoken.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
RF ELECTRONIC DESIGNER - JUNIOR
Key Responsibilities:
- He / She will design LNA / Filters PCBA for automotive OEM applications, most often directly interfaced to antenna electromagnetic elements, from Schematic to Layout finalization, including related power supply section.
- He / She will use frequently simulation and electronic CAD sw (Keysight
- He / She will fully characterize, debug and tune through Lab measurements the designed PCBA, using predominantly Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Noise Figure Meters.
- He / She will realize the necessary documentation for PCBA production, interface with Industrialization colleagues for End of Line Testing.
- He / She will participate to Project Reviews.

- He / She will daily interface with Electromagnetic designers, mechanical design / industrialization colleagues, Project Manager, Puchasing and Quality
Skills & qualifications
- Degree in Electronic Engineering
- Interest in RF electronic, antennas
- Knowledge of analog electronics
- Basic knowledge of main Lab instrumentation as oscilloscope, RF network analyzer and/or spectrum analyzer
- Knowledge of Electronic CAD or RF simulation sw is welcome
