Calearo recruits and selects its personnel through two different channels, one inside the company – in which the company spots potential candidates within the company itself – and one outside the company which is subdivided into the following phases:

  • Screening of the résumés present in the company data bank and selection of the profiles most lined up with the one requested
  • First acquaintance interview with the Management of the Human Resources
  • Second examination interview with the involvement of the people in charge and directly concerned

The candidates most lined up with the profile wanted as far as general skills (linked to personality traits) and specific skills (relative to the professional role requested) are concerned, will be invited to a further and final interview.
